Whey Powder - Whey is a essentially a by product of cheese making.  It’s a watery liquid that remains after the coagulation of the casein proteins in cheese making, and it contains most of lactose and about 20% of the protein in milk. The proteins are often purified and marketed as whey protein,  and dried whey is called whey powder.

Sorbitol - Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol derived from glucose.  As a plant derived ingredients, sorbitol is general recognized as Halal. Sorbitol, a polyol (sugar alcohol), is a bulk sweetener found in numerous food products. In addition to providing sweetness, it is an excellent humectant and texturizing agent.
